Product Authentication
Is your AIZEN product genuine?
Scanning the code confirms the packaging points to the real AIZEN domain. To confirm the product itself, take thirty seconds to check the security features below against the box in your hand.
Four Checks
Check your packaging
-
The tamper-evident seal is unbroken
Every AIZEN box leaves the factory sealed. If the seal is missing, cut, resealed or shows a different adhesive, treat the product as suspect and do not fit it.
-
The batch and serial numbers are present and legible
Printed on the side panel of the box. They should be crisply printed, not stickered over, handwritten, or repeated across multiple boxes in the same carton.
-
Print quality is sharp throughout
The AIZEN wordmark, the navy background and the red ribbon should be clean and evenly printed. Counterfeit packaging typically shows blurred edges, colour shifts towards purple or orange, and fuzzy small text.
-
The pad carries the AIZEN mark and part number
Take the pad out of the box. The backing plate should be marked with the AIZEN name and the part number, and it should match the part number printed on the packaging.
Please note. A QR code can be photographed and reprinted by anyone. Reaching this page confirms the code on your box points to the genuine AIZEN domain. It does not by itself prove the product is ours. The four checks above are what confirm authenticity. If anything does not match, contact us before fitting the parts.
Something Wrong?
Report a suspect product
Counterfeit braking components are a serious safety risk. If your packaging fails any of the checks, or the parts do not look right, tell us. Keep the box and the parts, and send us the batch number and a few photographs.
We investigate every report and will confirm the outcome to you directly.

Fitting These Pads?
Bed them in properly
New pads reach full performance only after bedding in. Follow the procedure on the leaflet inside the box, avoid heavy braking for the first 200 km, and re-check the fitment after the first drive.
